Evaluation of shooting sports achievement development program at PB PERBAKIN

The purpose of research is evaluation the implementation national sports achievement development program for shooting in PB PERBAKIN using CIPP model (Contexs, Input, Process, Product). sampling technique was purposive sampling, so sample this study 39 people. Collecting data observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. analysis used quantitative qualitative descriptive analysis. results showed that overall coaching improving airsoft sport PB. has been running well with a score 67,92. In terms context, it gone nikai 69,40. input going value 70,21. process 67,35. product, general, achievements achieved are quite good, but not maximized 56,75 obtained even though line expectations there good things, namely support enthusiasm parents athletes very good.
